Performance coaching is geared for individuals who want to achieve more personally or professionally. We collaborate with you in 1:1 interactive online sessions to help define your goals, develop a plan and make you accountable for your results.

Like an athlete, accountability drives performance and fuels success. Similarly, as professionals we have to be accountable for our results and the actions we take. But who holds us accountable? This is the role of a Performance coach. We work in partnership with you to develop a plan and live it!

Our first session is a FREE Discovery session (up to 1 hr.) that can be booked using the link below.
This is followed by weekly or biweekly sessions depending on your needs and what we are trying to achieve. Rates vary depending on the length of the contract - 3, 6 or 12 months.
